South Liverpool Class
We are located at Greenbank Sports Academy which is a registered charity based in the Sefton Park area of Liverpool. It is the leading sports facility for disability sports and fitness in Merseyside.
Southport & Ainsdale
We also have a class located at DW fitness first gym in Southport. This is a state of the art gym that also has a swimming pool, fitness and spin studios and changing rooms. This class runs every Friday at 4:30pm.
